Pathway for Grasslands assists landowners in converting unproductive cropland or degraded grassland into native prairie using grass and wildflower seed mixtures. Offers 75–100% cost-share for practices like brush management, prescribed fire, and interseeding. Nebraska Community Access Partnership (NCAP) provides financial incentives for landowners to enroll high-quality CRP, rangeland, and ungrazed grasslands into a 5-year walk-in hunting agreement through the Nebraska Open Fields and Waters Program (OFW).
